Reservations / reservations costs:
You can book a reservation by telephone or via the Internet.
If you prefer a certain type of accommodation or camping pitch, please let us know.
We try as much as possible to accommodate to the wishes of our guests.
Reservation costs:
Accommodation: € 17.50
Online reservations of accommodations: € 15.00
Camping: € 10.00
Activities: € 10.00
Booking your holiday:
After booking, you will receive a confirmation with the total reservation amount including the booking costs.
You will also receive a direct debit form, which you fill in, sign and return in the accompanying self-addressed envelope.
The deposit is 50% of the total amount and this must be paid within 14 days.
The remainder must be paid four weeks before arrival.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation – without prior notice – if there is no timely payment of the bill. Any changes in the reservation details will be settled with the remaining amount. If this is already paid, then the difference will be settled upon arrival.
Cancellation insurance:
Via HunzePark, you can close cancellation insurance policy under favourable conditions.
Your cancellation insurance is always stated in the confirmation notice.
We advise you to use this option. If you do not want to use this option, you will have to remove it from your payment amount. As a result, there will be no refund in case of cancellation.
Activities and meals:
Up to five days before arrival, the number of people booked (maximum 10%) can be amended.
After this deadline, the charge will be according to size of the group reported right before the deadline.
Liability:
Participation in the arrangements / activities organised by HunzePark are entirely at the risk of the participants.
HunzePark is not liable in any way for damage to or theft of the personal property of the participants during its organised activities.
With the exception of normal wear & tear, DAMAGE caused by the participants to the goods or materials of HunzePark will be charged.
If your arrangement includes being in, around or close to the water, all the participants must be able to swim (at least on Diploma 1 level).
The party booking the arrangement must see to it that the participants are informed of this.

In the high season we accept only week-long bookings and the arrival/departure day is Saturday.

Camping:
Our lovely 3-star camping ground offers spacious pitches for tents and caravans.
All pitches are equipped with current (6 AMP) and CAI connection.
All comfort pitches are equipped with current (10 AMP), CAI connection and water.
For fishing enthusiasts we rent nice pitches along the water and – for families with children – pitches close to playground equipment. Most of the pitches have a nice view of our canoe lake or the Hunze River.
Toilet building:
Our camping guests can use the showers in the toilet building.
The building also has a chemical toilet and a shower/toilet for disabled people.
Recreation programme:
During the high season we have an enthusiastic team that organises a recreation programme for the guests for both young and old.
Deposits:
If you rent an accommodation, you will have to leave a deposit upon arrival:
Wooden cabins/Chalets: € 50.00
Villas: € 75.00
Group accommodations: € 150.00
The deposit is returned to your account within one week, after settling any outstanding amounts, damage, etc.
Parking:
Guests staying in wooden cabins or chalets can park their car in the general parking area. Cars are allowed unto the grounds only for loading and unloading during arrival and departure.
Maximum permitted speed in the park is 15 km per hour!
When you rent a villa, you can park one car for free next to the accommodation.
All group accommodations have their own parking areas.
Laundry:
If you want to use the laundry room, you can purchase a coin + washing powder for € 5.00 at the reception desk. The dryer works on € 0.50 coins.
Pets:
Pets are not permitted in the 6-person and 8-person villas.
Upon request, pets are permitted in the chalets, wooden cabins, group accommodations and camping pitches.
Dogs must be kept on a leash. The cost for your pet is € 4.00 per night.
